30-Day Return and Refund Policy
At Jive Jewelry Inc. it is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days after receiving your purchase to return it for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. All products that are returned must be returned in the original condition that they were received. Any modification or signs of wear cannot be accepted for refund.
If a free gift was sent with the purchase, it also must be returned in its original state with the product. Any savings certificates issued for an order that has been subsequently cancelled becomes null and void and may not be used toward future purchases. No refund will be given to products that are not returned with the free gift.

Send by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and keep receipt. This ensures the item is insured and protects you in case your jewelry is lost in transit.

* Please write "Goods returned to vendor" on the Shipping Invoice in large letters. This identifies the post office that your package is a return, not a sale.
- Once we receive your return, your credit card account will be credited within 10 days of receipt. Delivery charges are not refunded. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
